Advanced massage techniques for orthopedic conditions, pre and post surgical healing and acute injuries. This type of massage uses a deeper knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology to pinpoint what exact tissues need to be manipulated.  Swedish Massage 

The most commonly used form of classical Western massage, generally performed in the direction of the heart,sometimes with active or passive movement of the joints. It is used especially for relaxation, relief of muscular tension,and improvement of circulation and range of motion.
 
Pregnancy Massage 
During pregnancy, your body goes through major changes. Pregnancy massage can help with these changes by reducing stress, decreasing arm and leg swelling, and relieving muscle and joint pain. Massage may be particularly helpful during a time when medication and other medical options may be more limited. Using specially designed massage pillows, the massage therapist will help get you into a comfortable position for this type of massage.
