Rachel Worley has been a licensed massage therapist since 2006 and licensed esthetician since 2008. During this time Rachel has been the lead Massage Therapist for a northern California physical therapist spinal department, assisting extremity, spinal and athletic patients. Meanwhile providing her own clientele with the extensive knowledge she has gained from working with Physical Therapists, athletic trainers, Chiropractors and continuing education. Rachel has provided Massage Therapy for pre and post surgical spinal injuries, direct patient care, routine exercises, practiced common therapeutic exercise; including range of motion, strength, and coordination exercises as well as mobility training, including ambulation (walking) and gait training. This experience has immensely added to her educational training in massage therapy for orthopedic conditions and myofascial release modalities.
Rachel has 13 years of experience and over 2000 hours of basic and advanced massage training. Advanced classes have included deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports and orthopedic massage, lymphatic drainage massage, prenatal massage and relaxation massage.
